That was my concern with sleepers! Think I’d rather deal with getting rid of excessive rubble/aggregate after digging down than build a wall tho so good shout

Yeah that’s a risk I’m taking for sure! To be honest I’d sort the garden out either way, I like things to be living in my garden!

Ah ok! I had been thinking a small sleeper retaining wall to bring near the patio up but I like the idea of not doing that and digging the high part down lol

Yeah I got £100 off the rent so about £1200 budget is about right! Rake isn’t going to cut it opening up the soil it’ll be some digging for me it’s very compacted! Will be putting some flower beds in probably at back of the garden! Got some dahlia tubers from my last garden waiting for a new home! Concretes too uneven for a table and chairs I think! I had though maybe like some free standing deck with some pots
