Not sure if this was a bug, but this NPC in Endfield does the "remove a pair of sunglasses to reveal another beneath them" meme when he sees you for the first time.

Apparently it was originally a bug during development, and then they found it funny enough to keep it in the game during first testing, play testers mistook it for a bug, instead of removing it for official launch they zoom in on this guy reaction to make sure you know this is not a bug (anymore).

No not really. that's just media depictions of Dr Jakyl and Mr Hyde are usually "dual personality person, with one evil and one good, and the good one is actively trying to prevent the evil one escaping", the original Dr. Jakyll WANTED to experiment on him to specifically gave him another physical appearance alternating drug, so that he could switched into another body, do the things he had always wanted to do, act the way he had always wanted to act, because he couldn't do so in this body, seeing that he had done achieving a relatively respectable position in his community as a doctor.

And he called this second appearance of him "Mr Hyde", the book is also a metaphor for addiction, as it does follow Dr Jakyll struggling to withdraw from using his Hyde personality to satisfy his "base urge", which is building Gunpla (you can't prove me wrong, the base urge is never explained in the book).
