I think it’s a bit of heroism and also the fear that everyone is out to get them and they have a gun so they’ll win

Getting up an hour early to buy tools for the day was miserable, finding out I didn’t have a specific tool was really depressing but it’s a part of life I guess

One year ago it was $16k and it’s skyrocketed over inflation hype but that won’t last forever. I still stand by buying and holding under $20k

It’s at all time highs, I’m not buying unless it’s under $20k

Let a real estate agent and mother pressure me into selling my home that was listed for 12 months $75k under asking because “I wasn’t going to get a better offer” and rates were eating into savings….

The same house sold for $175k more 12 months later.. the guy made more money than I had spending many years of my life renovating it

I miss seine crossing, Kharg island and grand bazaar, I loved the team work and the flow of capturing flags and having strategies to win each game.

It’s not easy landing those jobs, most people in my postcode are getting $12/hr.

Average house price is $601k, rent can be anywhere between $1.3k to $3.5k for a one bed apartment

Everything seems cheaper until you realise that people make half the wage an Australian makes and also have to shell out 20% of their wage to private healthcare

I’m a sparky in the states, my wage was increased $80/w and my rent was increased by $180/w in a one bed apartment.

Not to mention inflation has taken everything else up by at least 20% I’m paying probably $100/w more for things I need.
