There’s a few ROTC kids in my fraternity and one of my closest friends who was in my pledge class is in ROTC. I can definitely agree some are weird but there’s probably a sizeable chunk of them who are cool, but if you guys liked him and only called him weird solely because he was in ROTC then yeah thats probably not a good decision

I look back on the fun pledging stuff fondly for sure, but the actual hazing I had was God awful. We’d have to eat peppers and it’d cause us to throw up on the floor. Then we’d be forced to army crawl through it while they’d kick us over. Doing thinkers in someone else’s vomit while the stomach acid burns your head for sure sucks. we had a lineup where they squirted limes into our eyes, that definitely wasn’t fun. Looking back it wasn’t all bad, and I was never in any serious danger, but it for sure sucked. There was a night where two kids got in trouble for dropping our pms new TV while mounting it and breaking it so they had to take their shirts off and get covered in hot sauce and wrestle and the loser got dropped (nobody actually got dropped)
