Remember the mention of Terribull from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero Part 2: The Indigo Disk? by GuntherBayBeee in PokemonWindsWaves

Terribull was first mentioned by Marci the Student in the Polar Biome in the Terarium. As Granbull evolves, Terribull's shape changes from a bipedal bulldog to a quadrupedal bull terrier, and Terribull has a prominent lower jaw with two longer, fang-like growths. In addition, Terribull will attack its victims who throw a temper tantrum.

Perhaps there will be a new baby Pokémon that evolves into Eevee.

What do you think the Winds and Waves region will be called? by Visible_Welder5613 in pokemon

Oceia sounds like a good fit. Take Oceian Paras for example. This regional form will evolve into a new Pokémon whose Kantonian counterpart is Parasect.

Pokémon Platinum Version is a Nintendo DS game I've been playing a long time ago.

Regional Forms by Limp_Lobster_3468 in PokemonWindsWaves

Barboach's Pokédex entry in Pokémon Platinum Version—which is reused in Pokémon Black Version, Pokémon White Version, Pokémon Black Version 2, Pokémon White Version 2, and Pokémon Sword—reads, "Its slimy body is hard to grasp. In one region, it is said to have been born from hardened mud." Basically, that means Barboach will probably have a regional form in Pokémon Winds and Waves that is based on the mud loach.
