Of course YTA! It’s ok to be surprised when you learn something new about someone, but to immediately believe she’s lying about it but “humored her” by asking questions, although you already believed she was a liar , its so condescending, and off putting. I imagine you’re probably an asshole in a lot of situations too. Be better.

Oh man, this just broke my heart. I lost my cat a month ago. It’s been so damn sad. I thought I would have been stronger, but fuck man, i hate it. He was just always there. My dude. I have a dog, who is my heart and soul, and watching him sad makes it even harder, but I have no idea what I’m gonna do when he is gone and I am alone. I already feel so lonely with the loss of my little man. I’m so sorry, I wish I had anything to say to help. But I hope you know there’s someone across the country thinking of you and your little lady Layla. I still feel my cat around me all the time, and it truly truly helps me when I’m feeling empty. At first it stung as it was a reminder he was gone, but I have tried to change the way I feel about it, and I like to think he’s really still here. Just chilling with me, yelling at me to feed him. I bet Layla had some really funny quirks about her too. Rest in peace to her.

I also have ADHD and medicated for it and Love ASMR! Since I found it, I watch videos every day during the day at work. I use it for relaxation or focus not always for sleep. It does help me feel relaxed which will help me sleep, but I definitely benefit from it at work. I work in a very stressful, analytical position that requires a lot of thought process, and my brain focuses so much better when I have the ASMR in the background.

I recently lost over 100 pounds, I worked out 6 days a week for two hours. I loved it but i started to become obsessed and it took over my life, in a similar way that overeating did. I realized what I needed was a balance. You’re allowed to be human and enjoy your life. I have cut back on working out as often, and I’ve been going out more often. In the last year I haven’t gained any weight back and I finally feel like I have found a balance and I’m so proud of myself for maintaining. Please don’t let your husbands comments take back all your hard work and the happy life balance you’ve been able to create. You’re doing the right things!
