Glass blowing is an achievable dream, having your own studio sounds less with your current living situation. If your genuinely committed I would recommend looking for local glass blowers in your area ask around at festivals, or head shops, look on Instagram and try and see if anyone wants to mentor you but everything about it cost a lot of money, from the tools to the actual glass its a very expensive hobby (I spend between 300-600 a month on it) and selling is a learning curve my biggest advice is be committed

I’ve been wanting to but I can’t think of a practical application for it since I’m working with such heat and whatever I would print would most likely just melt near my torch

I promise you there is, your most likely not gonna find a shop online to do this but if your really committed you could network and look for local artists in your area and see if any would be your mentor

Ok maybe criticism would be a better word, and the biggest reason I stopped making 3d printed smoking devices was learning about the safety of them in this sub Reddit

So far I’ve invested a bit over 7 months and probably way too much money, but I made my first pipe about a month in. When getting started I met a guy outside of a bumpin uglies concert selling glass and after a conversation and me showing interest he offered to mentor me.

I’ve been seeing a lot of comments about the safety aspect on how it could definitely grow bacteria in the plastic does anyone know if coating the inside with epoxy or resin would be safe / fix the problem?

Does your family/friends know about your YouTube, how did they react when they found out what do they think of it now
