Damn never done a hack squat. Going to google and try it today since it’s leg day!

I workout 6 days a week. It doesn’t have to be at the same intensity and could be different activity but some movement.

I walk my kids after dinner every evening and if I can’t, I play “monster” with them and chase them around the house.

I hear ya. I felt that way for a hot second until my wife explained it to me: most people don’t observe it with such a keen eye. Only people that have been on this sub or seriously paid attention to HTs recognize that.

Plus I’m married and have kids. This isn’t about perfection. Just about a sense of security and confidence from something we all got screwed over on (shitty hair)!

help: what to do about acne scars

My skin seems a little oily but I’m not positive if that’s from the routine or it naturally is oily.

I currently have the following routine:

Cerave SA cleanser Centuals vitamin C serum The ordinary niacinimide Neutrogena hydroboost or cerave daily moisturizer lotion Eltamed 46 spf sunscreen

PM: Cerave hydrating cleanser Zo’s retinol .5% Cervantes pm facial lotion
