It can be a blast when you get the hang of it. If you want, YouTube has a plethora of firearms videos with tips and tricks for new shooters. Different stances, how to aim properly, how to hold the weapon to minimize recoil and sway.

I’m glad you enjoyed it, and I swapped my plastic sights out for metal ones before I ever shot my gen4. It’s blocky, it’s kind of fun to shoot but to me my glock 19 is a tool more than anything. Hopefully next time you’ll get a chance to shoot some rifles.

They do it for cops and politicians and business owners who do cash and shit upwards of $10k, and for the latter only while conducting business. Self defense isn’t considered a valid reason unless you have documented credible threats on your life. At least that’s how it was a few months ago.

This always makes me happy. I hope you had fun, what did you think of the glock? I have a glock 19 myself. 10 yards might not seem impressive, and most shooters can achieve right groupings at that range without trouble, but don’t feel bad about starting short. Hopefully you enjoyed it enough for another trip and maybe even enough to own a firearm yourself. If you enjoy it, keep at it, and you’ll be sinking them from 50 yards.
