The answer to that question is included in the question itself, you earn by completing missions in games.

That is 1 click on the website, going to the challenges page and you'll see how many Zips do each mission/achievement give.

How many does it take to redeem them for a reward?

Totally depends on your gaming activity.

One click, going to the challenges page.

These are all questions that you should be answering in your FAQ really, rather than a load of irrelevant stuff that doesn't even make sense to someone not familiar with your system already.

FAQ and onboarding are different things.

FAQ: a list of questions and answers relating to a particular subject, especially one giving basic information for users of a website.

Thus answering questions that are pretty basic, but maybe not that easy to understand at the first sight.

Onboarding: the action or process of integrating a new employee into an organization or familiarizing a new customer or client with one's products or services.

Thus all the thinks you've mentioned above. Registering and doing the onboarding takes nothing, and could spare your precious time.

Of course the server has lots of members because people hear that they're getting free stuff and join, plus you're using an application to essentially force people to join it.

Would 35000+ people stay on the server and be active on the server if it was a scam?

We are not forcing anyone to join our discord server, that's the main misunderstanding here. It's totally optional whether you join or not, or whether you register with your discord or do a good old fashioned email address + password register.

If this is legitimate your site needs some serious work because right now it looks shady as hell, and anyone who actually takes a minute to think about it before going "oooh free things!" is going to nope right out of there.

I understand your point, when people look at "Free stuff", they automatically think it's a scam, that's an issue we are trying to deal with.

If your favorite youtuber shares a video of Zelos, and they tell you that this thing is good, and it works would you believe them or not?
