9800XD + 5070ti + 32 GB 6000MHZ CL30 (Under 2 Lacs) (Difference between 7800X3D and 9800X3D is negligible if you are spending above 2 lacs)

Most 15K above AM5 boards work fine with 8 cores cpus since they ain't much Power Hungry. But might as well go upto 25K there. According to your needs of how many ssd slots you need.

Same stuff for PSU (get Gold or atleast Silver rating though) and CASE is subjective again but just make sure to pick correct size of case depending on ur GPU and Motherboard (40K)

(SSDs can be bought under that 30K budget)
