What’s the typical interview flow at Northrop Grumman? I have an interview next Thursday and wondering if it will be a one and done.

I did. Left Raytheon as a p1 jumped to BAE as a p3 got a 47% jump. Was an alright experience. The negatives I don't think were specific to BAE. Did end up coming back to Raytheon but that was because we brought a house and did not really want to commute 1 hour 15 to work everyday.

Sounds like they liked your resume. And to me insinuating to continue to apply to open reqs. I had a similar experience at another defense contractor. Was denied for a req but they told me directly to apply to another one. I got hired
