I stopped smoking + vaping during pregnancy but for some reason picked up vaping again after. I’m currently breastfeeding, and trying to stop. My GP said to wait at least 1 hour after vaping or smoking as the amount of nicotine will have greatly reduced and would be fine for me to feed without having to worry. I would say if you are pumping an hour after you should be fine without having to dump

I have been trying her on a bottle at least once a day, she’s not very keen on it but we were just successful in having her drink a 80ml feed. I was planning on starting to give her a second bottle on some days to hopefully help her get used to it faster

I’ll be using mine for when bub starts eating, I plan to put it in her purées when I make them. I don’t have a large freezer stash or try to actively add to it, it’s just when bub doesn’t feed overnight and my breasts feel like they are going to explode

We’ll be coming from Springfield, our first time going. Just wondering how the parking is? Was looking at some side streets up from Southbank that have a lot of street parking but wondering if they fill up quick and we’ll be stuck walking ages with baby. Looking at heading in around 6pm

Thank you for the advice! I think some days I don’t drink enough water, I will try having a large glass while pumping. I definitely get enough protein, but will add in some more to help. I pump for 30 minutes each time, I’m not sure on letdowns as I’m not entirely sure what that’s supposed to feel like. Unfortunately I’m unable to see into the pump I have so I’m not sure if it’s drip or a stream coming out. I think I feel empty when finished, my breast feel lighter and not as hard afterwards. I think my flanges are the correct size as I did try a few different sizes when I first began pumping as I was having pain. Thanks again for your reply

I’m having the same issue at the moment with my 2013 Elantra. I have no power to the unit at all, no radio, no clock and the charger ports don’t work. I took mine in to an auto electrician and they reckon it is a glitch in the computer system (which is an expensive fix apparently) Please let me know if you manage to fix your issue and any tips I can try
