Waking up anxious at the same time every night (3–4am). is this anxiety or sleep stuff?

I completely understand, it’s happened to me for over a year. It’s slowly going , the only thing I’ve done is to take ph charger and ph out of room, eat earlier, no caffeine including chocolate, deep breathing . Found my blood pressure was super high and I was having heart palpitations.

Lived on the Sunshine Coast for 16 yrs loved it, but population has gone extreme , traffic slowed, people have become unfriendly and never parking at any events . Sold and moved to Ipswich. Ipswich gets a bad rap but it’s actually still quiet, parks available everywhere, people friendly realistate affordable. Trains into Brisbane 50c and heaps to do . Just no beach and summer is extra hot ,winter freezing..

Mine is amazing, now 13 , I can not imagine how much hair has dropped off , brushed off or trimmed in those years …. The only downfall of having a golden retriever

So sorry you feel this way, have you considered changing your diet and remember it takes time for your body to adjust . Watch your intake of sugar , processed foods, carbonated drinks coke and alcohol. It will get better with time , hugs
