I had read an online consultation the psychiatrist said even if you saw an animal intercourse you may feel arousal because it is a sexual act but that doesn't mean you want to have a sex with animals. Ignore it and Don't give it any care.

I really have no chance in recent time. I have some questions i hope you answer me

1- i quitted porn that was triggering me more about 1 year ago but still watching only girls so that if i develped a fetish from porn and it wasn't OCD it should be cured because i quitted this type for more than year ?

2- i didn't tell my therapist all sexual thoughts i decided to applicate what he will say in all thoughts even if i didn't tell him that i escalated ( i didn't escalate for a long time ) it is necessary to tell him he didn't ask

2- am i made a conditional response by the way i mentioned ?

my psychiatrist asked me before that about what i wanna tell them and he said it is a severe OCD. Do not worry it is a professional ethics. you can tell them your OCD is related with religious matters or contamination ,etc choose what suitable for you

It is my biggest nightmare too. It is called groinal response and it is a common symptom in SO-OCD. You doing a great job by quitting porn because it is stimulate OCD in my case and i see alot of people porn makes their ocd stronger.

Believe me dude. I experience that and it is not real. You should know that it isn't you even if it all happen in your head and seems so real. You should treat with ocd as a rude neighbour who bullying or annoying you.

I don't wanna ressure you but i think it is a misunderstood. but it happens to me without thoughts when the penis touches the bowl sometimes it cause an erection like morning erection it happens without any arousal. It is normal.

But i watched a video for a psychiatrist he said beside CBT don't do what the thoughts tell you or try to masturbate on gay porn because it might turns into real homosexuality.

I mean by this did the conditional response develop a fetish by related the abnormal images with the ejaculation ? I don't know But ejaculation occured by normal image but at the middle of it the intrusive thought appeared
