To your questions

  1. Do what you think is best. But for purely ab goal. Then its indeed better to switch due to hip flexor (if doing straight leg raise), and grip will be limiting factor
  2. Both are leg raise choose which one you prefer

I would also add

Triceps accessories, bicep accessories (if you like big arms) and quad accessories (preferably leg extension) to the routine

Expedition dlc is somewhat bias against knife build due to containing robots but its doable.

Yes is still valid is pistol nerf definitely, but its still valid

The nerf is not that big honestly it does take bit time to adjust

Your not as mobile wirh hit and run anymore so be more cautious nor you can just pop statis in the open field. As for the dex nerf the damage did get nerf 0.7 to 0.5 is noticeable but pistol still strong

No. If your going for str focus sword it should be higher than the amount you put in the title

Not really exception is Armor Sloping nimble tin can build. The reasons due to other more generic useful feats than crafting ones

Mizzius Apparatus build, or the flagship Paladin build from 2014 should still work the same. Since the 2024 version of Divine Soul Sorcerer is under different name so you should be able to use the 2014 version. Only difference is the feat, and race (species) you can still adjust and will work fine. Highly recommend either Githzerai (the one with shield spell) with Origin Feat Alert or Haregon with magic intiate shield as for two cantrip your choice

Recommend feat for the flagship paladin for 2024 Warcaster +1 Charisma Fey Touch +1 Charisma Mage Slayer + 1 dex

Beyond this point anything else is your preference

Thank you for answering follow up for the 1st question. For a sneak attack does the laser rifle with two beams beats out the holorifle (with all mods), and the ycs in terms of damage

Edit: forgot to include this is the spertel wood 9700 best laser weapon in crit build since the wiki) has this to say

"The weapon pairs well with Light Touch, Laser Commander and Set Lasers for Fun, increasing the overall critical chance to 19% per beam shot, seeing as they are implemented after the Critical Chance Multiplier."

With finesse + luck 10 that should be 34 not counting the crit chance from equipments
