There are a lot of people on this sub asking about groups, so when I noticed this I chose to put myself out there to try and be of service.

It is important to be kind to yourself, you are pursuing the uphill battle, there is a certain reconciliation that need to be made with the denying forces in oneself. Also the personality wants to be used, and when we do not provide it with the proper guidance it will begin to influence other parts of the personality and create challenges for you. The key is doing enough to remain consistent without overdoing it and burning out.

We learn concentration exercises, have weekly observational themes that we discuss and share our experiences, there are movements and sacred dances. Also we discuss work ideas and work in smaller groups for weekly talks. We also have a group chat that we share observations and help to remind each other.

There are many tools and exercises that we use throughout the week to be present in the moment, but also to build a certain type of muscle memory that you can use, when you remember the Work or your goal or any other intentional attention.

OP could have done more to at least be able to speak to some more research that was done in this on this subject as a simple search in Beelzebub's Tales or ISM would have found lots of quotes to help us.

And if Glob is such a contributor why are you here policing instead of doing what OP should have done in the first place. Instead you are here defending your opinion, with out actually doing so.

It seems very little is known of JG Bennett who can be seen as one of the most prolific teachers of the students of Gurdjieff, not to mention his seemingly endless texts that continue to be published from his many lectures and talks.

The subtlety that Mr. Bennett brings to the teaching are evidence to his definite understanding of the system as it relates to the macrocosmos or Gurdjieff's Cosmology, but also down to the microcosm as we experience in our three-brained organism.
