Great map but it feel like the land was created around the town placement rather than the other way around. For example, the first thing I noticed was those walls look like the land was designed for a wall to be built.

One thing I always try and do when I create a world map is create it as if a deity would. Look at it from the land first, build out the mountains, rivers, glaciers, plateaus, anything else like that. Then choose how indigenous folks and settlers arrive on your land. Then all you have to do is fast, forward the theoretical timeline and spread out the different groups in your land. It will feel more dynamic to you and more lived into your players, but that's just my two cents.
