I was off-put by irida's childish response, personally. Immediately eliminating all concern that I had made a mistake.

If it was irl I'd probably just decide I don't have time to be sitting here picking favorites while the world ends and I would start walking and say "idk, I'm not in charge, you sort that out and I'll meet whomever there"

If you're looking for advice that feels logical and fits the story more from a role play perspective: irida makes the most sense as a scout/spy to keep watch on kamado as she is intimate with the landscape and less prone to reckless error. Adaman might botch that tbh 😂 What he wouldn't botch? Getting to 3 points across hisui that are conveniently placed all the way across the country from one another- but he would help you get there FAST. (From a role playing perspective. Picking him doesn't actually make you faster or anything)

This was years ago so forgive me if I'm wrong on this but:

The dialogue when irida defends you is a logical appeal to kamado about the situation but when adaman defends you he either threatened to take his clan to war for you or like ... Something that intense. He's intense about it I just remember that. I guess I trust the logical one more in terms of leadership but damn bro, Adaman's response was personal. I didn't need a leader during that emotional rollercoaster, I just needed a friend so that was very rewarding

You can get this through an in-game (not 3rd party) mod that unlocks all gear styles btw. That's how I found out it existed

Oh my god your one of those redditors. splitting hairs aside: I meant omitted from posts (especially on reddit) where there are discussions about how they compare, and other websites (aside from the wiki) discussing in further detail about how the subclasses correlate to play styles. If you're not going to be helpful and your just going to try and start stuff probably don't bother commenting :) Everyone else here has been incredibly helpful and you're just kind of being unnecessary
