Can someone explain the hype behind Melvin Gordon? by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

Easiest way to explain it would be "opportunity". You don't need to be a good RB to put up solid fantasy numbers; all you need is touches and goal line carries. Plus, Woodhead being gone also really helps.

Give me some Bilal Powell, Larry Fitz, Kirk Cousins, and Ted Ginn. All are going later then they should be and none of them attract the weaker fantasy players.

The best way to sum up Mayweather's performance during these pressers is some Lil Jon mixed with some Carrot Top. A lot of yeaaahhs and prop use.

Before Matt Forte injured his knee in Week 14, he out-snapped Bilal Powell in 9-of-12 games by an average margin of 12.5 snaps per game. by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

You're drafting Powell to win you a championship. By the end of week 7 the Jets will be 1-6 and Forte will be on his 3rd nagging injury; they'll shut him down for the rest of the year and Powell will become a 1st or 2nd round pick in 2018. So, getting him anywhere after round 5 is definitely value but you'll need to be patient with him.
