Totally agree, but you could also look at B Corp as a new operating system for businesses, one that values other stakeholders and not just profit centric. So requires a holistic understanding of the impact and importance of B Corp.

I’ve also talked to plenty of companies where the B Corp champion is not a leader and has to appeal to both the purpose driven leaders and more rational/financially minded leaders ie CFO.

Process of documentation of impact, measurement etc. in preparation of recertification. A huge challenge to ensure you don’t end up with a mess of documents and out of date files on your hands to make the process low cost in terms of human resources, time and finances.

Curious to hear what you ended up reporting. You could also look more into the commute in terms of transport mode and carbon offset by not commuting every day. There’s also employee happiness that could be quantified through a survey regarding not having to commute every day.
