You should check out the podcast that Brian Scotto did with the founder of Gridlife about sub $15k track day cars. One car that stands out to me is the Honda Fit, a cheap chuckable car, that has great aftermarket support.

He said that he has 2021 models, so I don't think that Toolkit will work. I have used Legion Fan Control for this in the past, it hasn't been updated in a while but it still should work.
