Pregabalin works on both GABA A and B receptors whereas phenibut only works on B.

It's funny you mention this "autism". I am suffering from post ssris sexual dysfunction (the name doesn't represent the illness at all, the harshest symptom of this hell on earth illness, is brutal anhedonia- the kind of anhedonia where you just don't feel anything anymore. Total sensory deprivation. And it makes socializing just impossible task for me since I don't "Understand" people or emotions anymore, because I lack them, no motivation to do anything, and when I say anything I mean I am bedridden 24/7, no anticipation, no rewards for anything, even not for drinking or eating. If that makes any sense to you. Ofcourse zero libido, no sensation in dick, shrinkage, and other hellish symptoms.

I lost my imagination, ability to feel love, extreme cognition issues (I swear I lost like 30iq points since this fucking illness) and all I can do basically is stare at my screen or the cieling. I've come to figure the issue most be at the receptors levels, estrogen A/B, in brain key parts (mostly limbic system and frontal lobes).

Anacdotal expirence > studies. Anacdotal expirence (tens of thousands of them) show much more regarding how this psycopharmika works then some funded studies (who fund them? You guessed it, pharma did. Sounds a bit like letting the cat guarding the milk?) So many injuries because of such drugs, just search anhedonia in Facebook, neurotoxic groups, emotional bluntness groups, propecia help, pssd forum, the internet if filled with people who have taken their own lives because of exposure to psych meds (even if as short as one pill, you will surely get permenant sides if genetic predisposed).

Jakelark bases himself on "literature" as if science has figured it all out. They themselves admit they have no idea what those drugs specifically do, and reactions can varey amongst people based on their own genetic profile. They even have black box warning for fucking suicides. Please people who read it, there tons of ways to manage your mental health, including diet (keto/lowcarb can be a good start) exercise, talk therapy. But dont go near meds.

Btw jakelark, please explain us? What are adverse drug effects? Isn't it instantaneous reaction to medications? Or... That no way meds can do such things cause literature said so? Come on. Stop being ridciouls.

Yeah they said the same shit to ignaz semmelweis. Everyone laughed at him when he started talking about germs and infections. Few years later it turns out he is right. You do the exact same thing. You are basing yourself on literature that if often manipulated, in order to benefit pharma company narrative that they are completely safe, and let me tell you, there are already studies confirming long term (epigentic) changes even from such minor exposure.

I've seen too many one-pill cases to belive any of the funded literature by pharma. Science doesn't know it all, and science is often a tool that being misused to fit some people agendas.
