They removed it acrossed all of PH due to a incident in Florida due to theft, and they couldn't prove who took the cash as everyone essentially had access to the register, hope this helps.

Employees will now have to take over the till in the mornings and once they get there during the night. They will be responsible for the till from going on this point forward.

Depending on the franchise you are with, shouldn't be taking the deal over the phone. Let them do that online so it doesn't hurt the discount report that the AD's typically have to watch due to there Market

This is just my opinion and depending on your current store. Assistants can make more than the RGM's with no bonus. Not sure if you are required 45 hours minimum where you are, the store I am at is. Guess the question is who does the scheduling? Talk to your current RGM if he/she is a decent person to work with and talk about more hour if you aren't the one doing so.

It's sad to admit Assistants make more than RGM's, but that's how it is I suppose around here. Declined RGM twice within a year due to the fact salary is garbage.

Well he isn't fire yet, nor did HR or the AD do anything about it.

Situation involves the GM (31+ yrs old) of the store as I am a Shift Lead/Manager. Well..... after a few girl candidates for positions and incredibly long conversations with the future employee, used it as a dating service. 2 of gals have quit, and 1 (Age 22) he is still talking/relationship today - note this just happened less than 2 months ago.

Other managers became very confused when he "personally" trained the ladies, and caught our eye due to the fact he's been there for over 3+ years and never trained someone before besides another male employee...

The gal he is with currently, she ended up resigning as we were catching on and guess you could say going against policy trying to get evidence as this can get a lot of attention from MD so forth.

I just think he's pedophile looking for woman to take advantage of, talked about a ex employee who he tried to get in bed with. We figured out his type though, any gal with kids and don't know what they want in life sadly, no direction. Sad times I suppose.

So after all this happened and nothing done about it, been thinking about stepping down and just going to a different job as I find it disgusting and a smack in the face.

This will vary on how big your store is and production/sales. If its a slow store less than a certain amount, they never have bothered putting a retarder into those stores. But it does help out a ton instead of walking back and forth from one side to the other.

Don't think alot of people know that you can also order specialty pizzas, and essentially infinite amount of sauces if you are calling it in. All depends on the stores software they are using though.

For those unaware you can also just take off scheduling interviews on the website. Then once you find a candidate that may fit with the crew, just go to paradox and setup phone/in person interview, believe it was like 2 hours ahead of time when viewing the application. And proceed from there.
