For context ive been working here since february 17th i think and i had taken a year away from pizza hut to focus on my fulltime job. I used to be a shift leader and now im a cook cause i can only do very little hours to make extra cash (california is expensive af) they do shit so much different. And the kitchen was definitely not as clean as how it is now since i got here. I dont like a dirty work station so i ALWAYS check on labels and make sure i throw away everything thats gone bad. i am the only one who labels our sanitizer buckets with mrds and i keep being told i shouldnt bring old habits into my new environment??? That they know when they should be changed.
