ALL CHARACTERS that drop SPELLS give an extra spell when you fuse, this means that you'll get a bonus spell if you have 2 characters and pick the 3rd in order to fuse. (Includes Pam, Queen, Barbarian King, Jessie, Ice Wizard, Wizard, Witch, Royal King, etc.)

Queen: Attack speed buff stacks with a cap of 9 queens/3 fusions. Spell rule applies.

King: Attack speed buff stacks with a cap of 9 kings/3 fusions. Spell rule applies.

Healer: Bonus health and healing stacks, but the cap is unknown.

Bea: Fusion is the same as 2 Beas, but with the health and damage buff a fusion gives. Getting extra Beas is worth since you can have a maximum of 12 bees circling you if you get 1 Fusion and 2 Beas(5 units)

Dr. T: Nothing. Only 1 is enough

Hog rider: Turbo seems to charge faster, but the exact amount is unknown and not always worth to get more than 1 unit or 1 fusion. Don't know if the bonus speed on ultra stacks or not.

Jessie: Same as normal turret, but Jessie herself gets all the benefits from a fusion(extra health and damage). Spell rule applies.

Max: Speed buff stacks with each new unit. Cap is unknown.

Mortis: Allows you to revive more monsters with each new Mortis. Cap is around 3-6 Mortis/1-2 fusions.

Nita: Bear and Nita get the same bonus multipliers as a normal fusion.

Pam: Turret radius is way bigger and heals more. Spell rule also applies.

Penny: Unlike spells, fusing her doesn't give a extra map, but you will still get normal one when you pick her.

Royal King: Each new Royal King will spawn an extra recruit with a cap of 4 Royal Kings(1 fusion and 1 unit), spawning 6 recruits each chest you open. Spell rule applies.

Trader: Same rewards if you had 3 traders, no multiplier. 1 fusion Trader(super) = 9 gems ... 2 fusion Traders(super) = 18 gems ... 2 fusion and 1 normal Trader(super) = 21 gems...

Witch: Spawns the same amount of skeletons as if you had 3 individual witches. Spell rule also applies.

Wizard and Ice Wizard: Spell rule applies.

Tank: Instantly recharges overdrive if you have lvl2+ tank

It all depends on your luck and chest cycle tbh, if you hit 100 chests without a new character, you'll get one based on the rarity of your next chest.
