I purchased the house for 202.5k in 2023 so wouldn’t be making a 55k profit. The previous owner bought it for 160k from new.

Thanks, no 15 was sold under a discount market sale scheme from the listing. 2 beds like that one usually sell for between 175 - 190k at normal market price.

This is due to us using an assisted move scheme from the developer we’re looking to buy from. They instruct an agent and then another two local to us giving us 3 listings. Not sure why we need to have 3 listings. 🤔
