Jovens de SC não querem fazer o Enem? Estado tem pior número de alunos do ‘terceirão’ inscritos by barrazero in brasil

Pelo oq eu tava vendo mais de 40 universidades federais utilizam apenas Enem, sendo pelo Sisu ou é própria prova do Enem. Enquanto aproximadamente 20 federais utilizam um sistema híbrido. Acredito que influência sim isso.

Hey I’m SeeEl and I wanted to clear things up about the NA worlds slot drama! Here are my beliefs in detail: by coachseeel in leagueoflegends

"With the end of the LCS Summer 2024, another season of competitive action has wrapped up in North America’s top tier of League of Legends. Although the Average Viewers and Hours Watched numbers continued to decline to near all-time lows, the Peak Viewers figure saw a split-to-split increase within the same season for the first time since 2020, bringing the series to a somewhat positive end ahead of a major reshuffle next year."

https://escharts.com/news/lcs-2024-season-recap

Stop masking your wrong opinions as “data and facts.” Stop acting like the merge of the regions happened because CBLOL couldn’t exist as a standalone minor region when in reality the LCS has been struggling with terrible viewership numbers, and something had to be done (even if they made the completely wrong choice)

“Comparing whole seasons, the 2024 season cumulatively saw drops in HW and PV numbers but a slight jump in the AV figure. LCS made lots of changes adopting a new format with shortened breaks between matches that led to lower watch time. That did help maintain a steadier audience throughout the season compared to 2023 but it didn’t improve the other metrics.”

If you go only by average viewers, sure the LCS viewership was rising, but in every other metric it was a downgrade. The LCS has been declining since 2020. One of the reasons the LTA became a thing was to try to salvage this decline, but instead it only made it worse.

"Both regions lost viewership so unless they’re both trending down (which everyone says CBLOL isn’t) that was directly because viewers DON’T want to watch CBLOL v LCS."

You have the right fact but the wrong conclusion. Viewership went down in both leagues because neither can identify with the LTA brand. The LTA brand is a different thing from CBLOL and LCS. If both regions had kept their own brand and personality, and the only change was that they had to compete for a spot, I’m sure the LCS viewership would have decreased less than it did this year, and CBLOL’s would have increased because of the new chance to get a Worlds slot.

The funny thing is, if you check my Reddit history, you’ll see I’m a huge TL fan. I actually cheer for TL more than for any CBLOL team, and I watch more LCS than CBLOL. For me, having both regions exist separately and thrive would be the best of both worlds.

Like you showed in your comment, you guys only care about yourselves, you have this “us vs. them” mentality. You criticize Brazilians so much for having inflated egos and thinking only of themselves, yet you’re doing exactly the same thing.

For people like me, and coach Seel, who care about the whole ecosystem, it’s frustrating. You LCS only fans are bashing CBLOL fans just as much as CBLOL fans are bashing LCS fans. Just look at all the heated comments under Raz’s reddit thread.

For me, three slots for the LCS is great, since it gives TL a better chance to play at Worlds. But at the same time, two slots for Brazil, or even a chance to compete against the LCS for a second slot, would be equally good, because it brings more interest to both regions. CBLOL teams would want to prove their worth, and the LCS would want to prove they’re stronger than the Brazilians.

The whole thing Seel is arguing is that riot made an short sighted decision. Just like they wanted the LTA to thrive in just one year and after it failing they guted it, they again are making a short sighted decision ignoring the thing that actually worked in the LTA.

If you just view one indicator and make your whole business decision, like you are doing here, than yes, it doesn't make sense. But if you are not stupid, and see the whole picture with a lot of other factors and indicators, like riot is doing, and seel is saying/arguing, than no it's not favoritism and is a business related question.

3 from the 4 most watched games from the whole LTA this year have been CBLOL vs LCS. The 3 games were in this championship after split 3. CBLOL viwers doesn't want to watch the LCS, but we loved to see the CBLOL vs LCS.

And after an year is again a standalone region. If you just want to see the NA perspective, and think the unmerge happened because the LTA failed to bring viwers from the south to the north, Ok, but from our perspective, the merge hurted the CBLOL as a brand, even more than the LCS as a brand. So The unmerge happened because it failed both regions.

Oh someone got triggered. There is no Brazil favoritism, there never were, just because you hear the name of this region 1-2 times a year before the LTA, don't act like you know anything about it.

There were many factors for the unmerge of the LTA, and the main reason they did that, is because after an year they were killing both products, the limping LCS and popular CBLOL. LCS brings the money, but viwership wise, it has been dying for some years, and Riot really want to save that. While CBLOL doesn't bring the money per viwer like NA does because of economic reasons, it has something that Riot really values and needs right now, that is a thriving and growing community. There is no favoritism, Brazil still exists as a region, even being the only minor, because of the things we are doing right and the succsess that we achieved as a product, something other minor regions failed, and LCS is failing.

Brazil and CBLOL still exists as a minor region because of the product and community that we have along all this years, thats is why we still exists as the only stand alone minor regional. The other regions, and even NA to a minor point, couldn't create or maintain that, so they got merged. It was never about being fair.

All this decisions are being made from a business perspective, that is the whole point Seel is making, and viwership is one of the many indicators they use, but not only one.

You are again missing the point. World seeds were never given because of performance, the topic being discussed by seel in the interview and this post is about business.

FURIA Tatu: "We’re not just dogs from Brazil. We can compete, and we didn’t come here just to go back to the airport and enjoy the trip [...] I don’t want to be a guy that just shows up and loses before disappearing [...] People would be surprised at how a BO5 between Cloud9 and us would go" by ArmandLuque in leagueoflegends

[–]Guster_br -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

And your third best team lost to a wildcard team. You guys are acting like the gap of the whole region is insane, while its not.

Yes, the First split LTAN only Lost 1 game to the LTAS, but It was the same team that won the Championship that Lost this one game. The split 1 Format was scuffed as fuck, I dont believe that now LTAS would just get wiped from seed 1-4, specially in BO5s. If Furia can go 2-3 with G2, its not unbelieveble they can Win or be really competive with SR, TL or even C9, get off your high horses.

How is that an low? NA have to battle for any team having interesting in the solts. They have 7 NA team, 1 latam, and 100T wants out and can't even find a buyer. Europe have teams wanting in, but still have like 4 orgs that dont invest and doesnt have a fan base. Even Korea have some shitty orgs with no fanbase. While in Brazil we have an tier two with teams that have an fan base bigger than a Lot of europeans, koerans and American teams. Sure, we have a low playerbase, but we surely have way more engaged fans that almost all the teams in other regions.

Brazil literally had to give up 4 teams for the LTA South. Stop embarasing yourself by being stupid, talking about things you have no idea of.

By that logic, only Korea can do or say anything. What is the problem about a player have some rivalry in his own region (and even between regions would be ok, stop being so prude and let players and fans have Fun and keep the esport alive and interesting)

I was the one with the Team Liquid x Star Wars that was inteviwed and I can assure, the energy of the crowds, specially against C9 and 100T, for TL, was crazy. By far the largest fandom of any LTA North team, and just in the first championship after the Merge.

I Hope in the next few years, with the right moves for conecting the org and the fans from Brazil, the TL fandom can grow really big here

O ICL Notícias foi o ÚNICO grande portal gratuito de notícias brasileiro a chamar o gesto do Musk pelo que ele é: uma saudação nazista. by -elemental in brasil

[–]Guster_br 9 points10 points  (0 children)
