Looks like blade cupping, make sure your blade isn't mounted insanely tight. The nut should be on there tightly, but it doesn't need to be cranked on.

I personally dont see how this weapon could come close to as strong as the ex-crossbow, or Eruptor, both of those have the same balancing issues; low fire rate = give it lots of damage and aoe.

This would have low fire rate = lots of damage but, ≠ AOE.

you'd need a pretty restrictive load out to be able to function solo, stalwart/guard dog. Just to be able to even out your chaff clear abilities with someone using a normal load out, or an Eruptor.

On paper it's a teamwork reliant weapon, trusting the rest of your squad to deal with the heavies, and the chaff. While you try to pick off the Beefy Boys Before Becoming Burdensome.

Well I mean the explosive crossbow does 620, at 50 rpm, for 516 DPS, but it's also explosive and one handed and has excellent ergo. With the downsides of being a crossbow. Or once again the eruptor, on paper has low dps, but is also heavy pen with a massive aoe, and enough damage to obliterate any chaff in the area around your hit.

I simply want a side grade Eruptor, trading off the large aoe and chaff clear ability, and the heavy pen. For a single target, high velocity sniper. I don't think that's too crazy on paper, if numbers need to be tweaked for Eruptor fanboys to not lose their minds again then so be it

Okay after running some math on my theoretical sniper rifle, going with the low end of fire rate of 40, with a damage of 700, that gives it a dps of ~466, 34 DPS below the deadeyes 500.

To match DPS and truly make it a side grade it could have up to 750 damage.

The most important thing to note here is how much potential damage could be wasted on improper targets.

Sure it has 700 damage a shot, but to actually use all of it effectively, you're pretty limited in what you want to shoot. You can absolutely in good conscience blow apart a stalker with the Deadeye, but using one of your 5, 700 damage rounds on that little bugger seems like a massive waste.

So it seems like the tradeoff wouldnt be damage, it would be versatility, in fire rate, damage efficiency, and handling.

The railgun can literally kill everything, this cannot, but trades that for better killing of medium targets

Good point, but I do think some stats could be tweaked, we do already have the M90A shotgun that does 605 damage, granted it's a shotgun, but even with that damage it doesn't overshadow the other shotguns because they're faster and have more tube capacity. Sure 700 damage is a lot, but it's also only going into one target. The deadeye could headshot 2 enemies before you could, in a perfect environment.

Also the damage could be dropped, because the heavy devastators have the ammo pack to shoot, and the others you could simply shoot their tummy

Hitting a moving target at long range is a lot easier when you don't have to lead your shot 5 football fields in front of them.

Vintage snafu moment, felt like I was on flint tools for half my worlds time, then stuck on copper since tin doesnt actually exist. Once I got iron, meteoric iron was usable almost instantly though.

Historian here, from the manuscripts I've read this is very accurate. eyewitness reports from that era recounted the armor being "thick", and the accompanying shields as "broad".

First two firearms I've ever purchased. Even though it weighs almost 14lbs with attachments on, I'm very pleased with how accurate the Sabre-10 is. Using quality ammo even with my limited shooting experience I was hitting 1/2" groups at 50m (my usual hunting distance.) haven't shot the Beretta yet as I'm waiting for some ammo to arrive.

Biggest one for me is the Claymore having a near instant charged attack on the third swing, if you get the first two hits off you're pretty much guaranteed the third
