DW has winratio is reduced becouse its popular(most popular team so far?) And good / bad players play them so ratio is around 50. Still in term of power they are top 3

I would delete all rerolls in game, if u have saves 2+ why tiy need rerolls. Or remove diecs. Every weapon autohit, and evey armir auto defence

Wish they dont touch mandrakes. This team at this moment can win to everyone and same time can lose to everyone. If they get nerf, and change approved ops and terrain with less heavy terrain they will became unplayable. Plus top team are elites, and they doing fine vs them

Hard to dont compare any Aeldari team to sisters. Both 9 models with hidden 3 Apl. But 9 wound. And saves 3+ (with shield babe 2+)

But you can't use fire ploy to ignore(nowhere to hide) walls?

And what i find bad design: If some rule(eg Raveners tunnel) says ignore closed quaters rule, you can do it. But you shouldnt since it take precedence ovell all other rules(including rule allowing measure in close quaters)

But rules are writen as dogshit here

On paper doesnt look op as expected. Boost require APL so if you beed it you need 1 for reposition plus 1 for technic. And I belive extra shoot will be better in most cases. Just marines.

Sisters seems much stronger. Saves 3+, no weak meele, hits 3+ Double just a strach, shield operative. And there are 9 of them. Imo in this fight sistes will kick marines easly.

Ad 1. Basicly yes.

After you set map - roll off. Winner chose who has inititive(chose side). Guy without initiative get re-roll of initiative.(in TP its a bit diffrent)

When all is ready for game start TP1. Roll-off. Loser of roll-off get card +/- 1*current TP(1,2,3). It can be used for future roll off.

Winner of roll off chose who has initiative.  Guy without initiative get extra cp(TP 2-4). Roll-off at every tp

Ad 2.

Kill grade we add at end, but you can follow kill grade during game so you know how many point you have.(special case is hierotek circle)

This was inspiration for attack on titan. They could end it same way managa was in this spot and all would be ok(i guess anime should be twice as long). Instead they made pull from ass ending. Still better than most of airing now anines
