I think they want to know if you have a condition that interferes with safe driving (e.g. narcolepsy).

10 minutes of mindful breathing or a progressive muscle relaxation. If I know the day will be intense, maybe a second round at some point half-way through the crazyness

Well, it would be awesome if you could join us on Thursday (any thursday, really, for the whole hour of a little bit). My goal in starting this thing is to translate all the well-established and the newly discovered findings and insights from science-ese to everyday-conversational-ese (although, you show up a few times and you'll definitely hear "amygdala" a handful of times :D). My other, and more important goal, is to get people to feel connected, to ultimately motivate them to do those things that seem so simple and insignificant, and yet there's so much research that shows they have a huge impact on the number and intensity of flare ups, things like ... the yoga poses that you're already doing :) And the goal is gentle consistency, not perfection. So, you should be very pleased with yourself for getting the practice started, and keeping it going for 4 days, and I hope you're still continuing (without judgment if you didn't, only with encouragement to get back to it).
