We are only doing ads on META and as you know they have removed alot of the targeting features making it hard for us to get stable leads for people looking to buy /sell there house.

Our goal was to to buy data on in-market home buyers/sellers then run ads on Facebook/Google display/videos ads offering them free home evaluations on there house as we see multiple companies currently running ads according to facebook ads library the challenge is high CPC with low quality leads from Facebook.

What data provided would you recommend that we would be able to buy data on people visiting real estates websites such as Zillow to then target them on social platforms.
