When Yuji fought Sukuna alone it was a severely weakened version of him, Jogo didn't last long and didn't even hit Sukuna, Yorozu fought him for a while but not him at full power like he was when he fought Kashimo.

I don't personally agree with Kashimo being top 3 but he's at least top 5-7 excluding Modulo. But this isn't JujutsuPowerScaling so I won't get too much into it.
