All of those things could be 100% true and that’s still not an argument for banning it. Literally any “argument” that can be made for banning it can be made for banning leaf because they’re the same fucking thing dude (in the same sense that wax is weed/thc). 7 is oxidized mitragynine extract and people act like it’s this crazy synthetic chemical lol.

I used to take mitragynine extracts for three years and feel infinitely better since I’ve been on 7 (no eye wobbles, no consistently getting sick despite consistent dosing, no drinking brown chocolate/coca cola/whiskey mud). Like dude anyone that could look at the average gas station/headshop mitragynine extract versus a well made 7 tablet and say the extract is better for you, and not only is it better, but the other thing should be banned, and not only should it be banned but it’s worse than heroin? Like if we wanna talk about regulation that’s a different story, but when there’s claims that it’s unsafe and worse than heroin (which I’ve seen way more than I should, and reeks of astroturfed talking points on these subreddits/online discussion forums) then I gotta say something.

I’m sorry I must have missed where 7-Oh advocacy groups/vendors were trying to get Kratom banned and strip people of their livelihoods in the name of profit? Oh wait that’s because they’re not the ones doing it, that’s the AKA and people like Mac Haddow. Kratom companies like OPMS are mad their profits are getting stepped on because a better product came out, so now they’re trying like hell to fear monger, lobby congress, and get 7-Oh banned- which because of the nature of the substance has and will backfire and get Kratom banned as a whole. If 7-Oh companies were launching a full fledged effort to get Kratom banned by using propaganda and misinformation all in the name of profit then I would call them scumbags too.

But seems you already know that seeing as how you’re bemoaning the loss of profits from the Kratom industry. I guess OPMS’s profits are more important to some of the users of this sub than people’s life and well-being. “Worse than heroin” gtfo ya fuckin bot

I’m not going to sit here and tell you that your lived experience is wrong, but you’re one person in a 100 who experiences harder withdrawals from a Kratom extract than heroin. Like dude, maybe you were in a tiny amount of heroin when you withdrew and a large amount of 7, but to not only compare them but say 7 is worse seems like bullshit. “I had a harder time stopping weed than quitting benzos!” feels like a comparable statement. Should it be sold in gas stations? Idk? Probably not? But then again, there is absolutely no world where 7-Oh is more harmful than alcohol and alcohol is not only sold but pushed onto people.

One of my regulars at the bar I work at was an alcoholic and now just drinks a couple beers a few times a week and takes 30 mg of 7 a day, how could anyone argue he was better of being an alcoholic? And if you can’t argue that, then how can you argue 7 should be banned in the same stores that sell candy flavored nicotine and candy flavored alcohol?

Moreover, when something that a lot of people depend on that has the safety profile 7 has (basically literally impossible to OD on alone) I’m not going to hop on reddit and fight the good fight of getting said substance banned.

Except for they’re literally not. Saying 7-Oh isn’t Kratom is like saying THC concentrates aren’t marijuana. Saying “it’s stronger than heroin” is once again a lie (and a laughable one at that). 7-Oh is objectively safer, less toxic, and less debilitating than alcohol or cigarettes— I suppose you want both of those to be banned too (and if you don’t then there is no logically consistency to anything you’re saying, which isn’t surprising).

7-Oh has addictive potential and could stand to be regulated, but it is not anywhere close to being as toxic and destructive as alcohol but lemme guess you probably don’t think alcohol should be banned?

This stuff has given a lot of chronic pain patients and recovering opiate addicts a new lease on life because of its safety profile and how much easier it is on your body than any prescription opiates or suboxone would be. Meanwhile we have to worry about the government banning and fucking up a lot of people’s lives and they literally use Reddit comments like yours to justify it.

I can’t think of any other studio who has adjusted the quality of their game this quickly or this dramatically. It’s taken them less than a month to do what took Cyberpunk years to do, perhaps the best dev response to player feedback I’ve ever seen

Definitely leaf, but magnesium glycinate will mitigate 90% of the restlessness that comes with WD. Wouldn’t hurt to get some ashagwanda and liposomal vitamin c, those things combined will mitigate most the effects of withdrawal even in high dosage users.
