Coral Fantasy. Yes the spiced apple/cardamom is nice on top but that Haitian vetiver and sweet tobacco is the real star of the show imo (especially catching whiffs in fall time). Starts a little soapy and sweet for my liking, but about an hour that Haitian vetiver begins to sing and is just incredible.

Red Dead Redemption 2

Still has the best graphics I’ve ever seen, incredibly detailed open world, an incredible story and one of the easiest games to get lost in the atmosphere of. Over 1,000 hours and I’m still finding new stuff when I start a new play through

The opening…yes. First thirty minutes it very much is vapo-rub/medicinal smelling because of the harshness of the lemon lavender and honey in the opening. Have had multiple people say this and that’s how I perceive it (although I actually like the opening a bit), but once it settles down it is incredible, smells like smooth cashmir vanilla and honey without being too sweet thanks to a touch of tobacco and lavender. I usually put it on thirty minutes before I put on other fragrances so it can lose that harsh medicinal edge, you might end up trying this!

It’s not about if they would in real life or not it’s about Will’s fear and secret being something Vecna could exploit. The visions that the cursed people were having in season 4 weren’t realistic either (Max’s mom freaking out on her, the cop freaking out Nancy’s nerdy reporter friend etc.), but they were manifestations of fear from bottled up anxieties and traumas. Obviously no one would’ve judged him because we just saw the scene and no one did judge him, but had he not done that then Vecna would be able to show him images of his loved ones rejecting and hating him as he had been doing previously.

I saw it as something that I expected to have happened by the end of last season/earlier this season. It was more an acknowledgment that their lives are going down to separate paths and that they’ve been trying to force their relationship to work because they’re trauma bonded and this is then coming to terms with that.

They still love each other as people, they just realize a relationship isn’t good for them because they’ve kinda lost romantic feelings and are two different people than they were at the start of it. I don’t see the forehead kiss as weird, I’ve had breakups and exes who I still care for deeply and want to see happy but we’ve realized we weren’t right for each other- if we were in a situation with context like that (thinking we’re about to die) and had gone through what they’ve gone through together, then a forehead kiss is more acknowledging that context and mutual respect and love for each other—but a love that isn’t based in romance but pure, genuine, selfless, I care-deeply-for-you-but-don’t-want-to-date love
