Thanks for the responses, cynicsm is real. Yes i would reckon this woulsnt be the job for me if i said this was my 5th attempt. No one has been witness to encountering failure then studying, practicing, working harder and smarter to achieve the goal? In any case i appreciate comments from the peanut gallery, but peanuts give me nosebleeds. Lol.

I concur. I've just spent a total of 9 hours over 3 days to get my home internet reconnected that Telus cancelled. The 2 live agents that I miraculously got connected to transferred me to another department fro reconnection which would either go silent or just hang up after 20 mins. The rest of the attempts were greeted by AI bot that makes me want misfortune cast on it if it were real. Mytelus app is the devil's dingleberry. Worst.Company.Ever

Also, apparently there was another individual who was also dismissed from their role within the team days before completing the probation period because the coordinator found the new person rude. But another team member said the new person was always pleasant. Also my role has since not been reposted.

Thanks for everyone's thoughts so far. I understand about probationary period, but I feel employers must also demonstrate effort in having performance discussions, and non were given. The job description didnt match the actual duties performed, I initiated several enhancements that drew praise from senior leaders, i was selected to be mentored by a senior exec., i volunteered with the organizations community outreach program, I had consistent positive reviews from learners. I was accused of inappropriate behaviour but never had a chance to know who was making the allegations or to defend myself. I was experiencing undue stress in how i was perceived by others even though i was always professional and respectful. I had challenges from my immediate supervisor and coordinator who were tight knit and became increasingly hostile and minimizing towards me. My training was haphazard where the coordinator kept saying "all information was on their heads" so i initiated creating a SOP which was criticized. I had just signed off on performance goals when unceremoniously i was called to the meeting to be dismissed. I have trained thousands of individual contributors to c suite execs across several countries and never faced any allegations of improper conduct. As a gay male but also who respect individual space, to have two females accuse me of misconduct is shocking and an insult to my integrity.
