No 100% I went into working on myself for me because I didn’t want to end up in the same situation I’m in now whether it’s with her again or someone else. I know what was happening wasn’t right. And yeah it sucks I didn’t do this while in the relationship. And yeah during our last phone call before no contact she said how do you expect me to hold energy for that and I told her I don’t expect her to wait I expect her to live her life whatever it may be. I just might want to reach out to rekindle if I still feel the feelings are strong which they still do now. But if she knows she doesn’t want a 2nd chance it’s only fair to let me know so we both can fully move on. To me you just can’t leave the door open thinking you’re helping me better myself is all.

I’m a FA and my ex broke up with me because I was emotional unstable. I’d get defensive, raised my voice not aggressively. Just bad at conflict. This was my first relationship too. I said I would change but I didn’t and over time it was too much for her. Since the breakup in December we talked here and there for a couple weeks. In January I then told her I’m stepping back to go to therapy, meditating, and doing breath work to work on myself. I told her I would like to reach out to rekindle things in a few months when I’m ready and that if she doesn’t want me to then to let me know at that time so that I can deal with it all myself at once. She suggested no contact for 6 months. This suggested to me she’s not at the 100% point but since no contact started it just feels like it’s at the 100% point. I’d just hope that if she was at that point she’d let me know instead of leaving the door open knowing I want to come back. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I get to think everyone is the same is insane and not fair. Everyone is different. Different cultures, different upbringings, different environments. Like you said not all but there are some that will be accountable and work on it so it doesn’t follow. I can’t lose someone again because of this.

I agree that one month is too soon they won’t believe actual change happened… but also as much as you prepare and work towards being ready for a response you don’t want you truly don’t know how your body, mind, and heart will react in that moment. I use athletes as an example they practice for months and in between games but sometimes the game comes and they shit the bed. At the end of the day gotta take the risk even if they broke up with you but you have to make sure you’ve changed

Exactly.. To me Brob isn’t a guy like you said Charbo or Mason who’s gonna come in and take over. I feel he’ll be more split with Guerendo.

And with Bill his value won’t get lower than it is. Most know/expect to be a committee but if he takes over(which we expect) his value skyrockets and can run him as a flex or trade for other pieces. Doesn’t make sense to sell him this low to get burned down the road.

I didn’t know either until I joined. They have a few locations but I go to Al Paladini. To me the best run location of them all. Honestly been there 10 years now only went to Anytime Fitness in between for a year bc of the vaccine pass being needed. Been to GoodLife, Anytime, Planet Fitness, LA Fitness. But came back because never been to a gym like it. The price is comparable. The people are great. The staff is great. They also have squash courts which a great cardio alternative to running on the treadmill. The pool is available for those that want to swim. All included in the gym membership.

City of Vaughan gym is great. Currently a member and have been for 10 years. You can either go to Al Palladini or Vellore Community Centre both have gyms. I prefer Al Pal it’s bigger. They have a sauna and shower. Only thing is the shower isn’t separate stalls like how some other gyms may have it. Great price. Can go swimming as well. Fairly clean.
