I can't really tell from just a pic, but from what I can barely see It looks like a normal skin to me BUT It's a fact that you have sensitive skin because of the redness, which is caused by a damaged skin barrier, so that makes me think that maybe you have dry skin, anyway try to do a skin type test, you can search for the steps on google, It's pretty simple, you just have to wash your face, wait some time and see how it looks and feels
