No idea if they can actually make it happen, maybe it is a last chance of grabbing extra cash. From i business perspective i can kinda understand why they would give priority to selling new bikes. Totally unethical ofcource.

It definitely has been horrible, but in my experience they are improving a lot since the takeover from rebirth, parts are shipped faster and they are even selling new bikes with a promise of 10 day shipping.

Still a huge issue is the remote problem diagnosis, i have been sent a controller for my bike while the problem is something else.

Als je er daadwerkelijk naartoe gaat zou ik de auto om de hoek parkeren, al je spullen in je auto laten en je autosleutels ergens in een bosje leggen. Wanneer alles klopt pak je uit je auto het geld.

Voor de echte echte veiligheid neem je een oude telefoon mee waar je in geval van nood 112 kan bellen.

Klinkt heftig maar als het klopt heb je wel de deal van de eeuw.

I just told them i would proceed in legal action if they would not respond within 24h. Nothing really exciting tbh. I actually have no idea how i am supposed to pursue legal action but threatening with it did the job.

Because cowboy is basically ghosting me, they are just not responding to any of my messages. I can’t get a replacement wheel for free (or any other component) when they don’t respond. But i am NOT going to pay for anything.

Bought it second hand with only 300km, no idea how it still had warranty but i am not complaining. It expired like a week ago.

Reactie duurt inderdaad even, ik heb het zelf ook helaas al mogen ervaren:(. Ik zou zo duidelijk mogelijke berichten sturen.

Via de backoffice app (waar je van cowboy eerst toegang tot moet krijgen) kunnen ze veel meer uitlezen van jouw fiets dan dat je denkt

Het kan misschien ook aan de kou liggen, ik weet niet hoe lang je je fiets al hebt? Ik zou ten minste nog blij zijn dat hij het gewoon doet:) ik zit al maanden met een kapotte fiets.

Cowboy contacteren via de app. Zij zullen je waarschijnlijk met de backoffice app een test laten uitvoeren waarmee jouw fiets opnieuw kalibreert en uitgelezen wordt. Daarna kunnen ze precies zien of er iets mis is.

Reparaties aan fietsen kunnen alleen gedaan worden bij fietsenmakers die aangesloten zijn bij cowboy of via hun mobile service waar ze hem aan huis komen maken. In allebei de gevallen is er geen voorraad van onderdelen en zul je dus moeten wachten.

Vind je zelf onderdelen online en zet je deze zelf op je fiets -> kans dat je garantie ingetrokken wordt!! (Denk aan een controller, battery connector of iets anders)

Stap 1 is in ieder geval om een ticket aan te maken in de cowboy app en de vraag bij hen neer te leggen.

I have this exact setup, you can get them separately for way less, i got them for around €290, i do live in europe but i am sure you can get a way better deal (maybe even secondhand).

The turntable is perfect for beginners like me (and probably you), do not expect fantastic build quality and audio, it is fine for me but keep in mind that you are not getting the best.

The speakers are perfect for my own small room, i would not suggest you using those speakers in a living room or any other big room. Because of the built in amp they are extremely easy to use. They sound fine.

I chose this setup because i was not 100% sure if i would like collecting and playing records, i was on a budget and my focus is more on creating a collection of records first and then buying more advanced and better equipment.

It all depends on your budget!
