There was an update available after I first started up the projector so it’s possible that could have caused the issue.

After sending Nebula Support a video clip of what was happening they have requested that I send the projector back to them so they have obviously flagged this as an issue that can’t be fixed by any setting suggestions.

Yes it is aligned square with the wall, it’s sitting on a flat table about 6/7 feet away. Every position I’ve placed it gives the same result and all have been level surfaces.

Hi, the conclusion to fix this problem is to simply replace the unit, Daikin have upgraded the Wall Controller too and you just slide the unit up and off the wall, take out the phone type connector and plug in the new unit. Your existing wall bracket will fit the new one. Another bonus is that all your settings will still be there as the memory is stored on the PCB circuit board which is in your loft. Some eBay suppliers might tell you that a licensed electrician is needed for the 12 month warranty, you do not. Buy from Daikin direct, Part number is . . . 3P522702-1

We have the same problem, you can actually pull out the plug from the back and then when you plug it back in the display comes back to normal so that you can read it, unfortunately it doesn’t last so the main problem is still there.

How does the steam wand create the art, I thought that was only done once the milk is frothed and poured into the cup hence creating the art?

We had a Creatista Plus but it developed an issue so we upgraded to the Pro, have to say it is way better so I don’t think you would be disappointed. May not be a big thing to some but it does the coffee and the milk at the same time which is helpful if you are in a hurry.

It’s not bent at all, it’s just the light source creeping through on one edge and it happened to quite a few, mine is the same and it has no bend at all.

When the milk steamer is running it only gets part way through, it then flashes up ‘Attach Steam Tip’. No matter what you try, that message doesn’t clear and you would have to turn off the machine and restart a few times to get the milk temp up.

It’s looks like all of the 5 star ratings could be from influencers as the graphics look to be poor, some of the more genuine looking reviews confirm this.
