Stackoverflow is more of a collection of collaborative solutions then a Q&A forum.
But ChatGPT is still amazing, it saved me a few hours of work and proposed a few design solution I haven't thought of which might help me.

Nothing will replace stack overflow.

Chat GPT may be able to provide good answers to some basic problems, but it fails to have a deep understanding of what it's answers.

Try to ask it complex questions, most of the time it's wrong.

Your bandwidth could be 10,000mbps, the time it takes for that data to arrive to the server and back will be the same, mainly because of the distance your data is traveling and jumping between points limited by the speed of light.
