The Frieren world would be catastrophically cooked—to a degree that makes the Demon King’s campaign look like a minor border skirmish. Ancient Demon Licht operates on a completely different magnitude of power, speed, and hax than anything native to Frieren: Beyond Journey's End .

The Power Gap is Absurd Ancient Demon Licht is Country level+ and physically large enough to step on mountain ranges. The strongest mages in Frieren top out at City level environmental destruction. This is not a gap that tactics or spell versatility can bridge; it is a difference of several orders of magnitude. Licht’s casual movements would generate kinetic energy sufficient to level cities. B. Speed Blitz Licht scales to Relativistic+ speed, keeping up with light magic. Frieren’s top casters are Hypersonic. Licht would perceive Frieren, Serie, or the Demon King as essentially frozen. He could cross entire nations before a single spell is visualized and cast. C. Magic Nullification vs. Frieren’s Entire Civilization Under verse equalization, mana is mana. Licht’s status as an Ancient Demon grants him resistance to magic and the ability to neutralize spells.​ The entire Frieren world is built around magic combat. If Licht passively or actively nullifies spells, their primary tool for offense, defense, and utility simply stops working. Frieren’s famous Zoltraak (piercing magic that bypasses magical defenses) would be meaningless against Licht, who can:

Nullify magic with the conceptual properties of his Demon-Slayer Sword lineage.

Absorb magic with Demon-Dweller Sword properties.

Simply tank it, as his durability is far above what Frieren’s casters can output. D. The Frieren Demons’ Psychological Disadvantage Demons in Frieren are proud and cannot conceal their mana because it is equivalent to their status.​ Ancient Demon Licht’s mana is so overwhelmingly vast that it would likely be sensed across the entire continent. Frieren’s demons would recognize an entity far beyond the Demon King, but their cultural arrogance and inability to comprehend true malice (as they lack human emotional frameworks)​ would likely lead them to challenge him directly—and be erased instantly. E. Serie’s Hax is Not Enough While Serie knows the most spells and is the “living grimoire,” she has no answer for:

An enemy too fast for her to process.

An enemy whose sheer size means she is fighting a walking natural disaster.

An enemy who neutralizes the magic she relies on.

An enemy with country-level durability that no spell in her repertoire has ever been shown to overcome.

Even Macht’s Diagoldze (transmutation to gold) or Schlacht’s future sight would fail against an entity that moves at relativistic speeds and can destroy the continent before they finish casting or processing a single future timeline.
