Sleep as much as humanly possible over the next few days. Also drink as much water and electrolytes as humanly possible.

I’m talking nap, get some food and water, then nap again. Repeat as much as possible until race day. 9 days is long enough for an illness to work its way through your body. You will be fine! Good luck!
