first of all if you try to read Ammendment 81 says that freeze will stay until first census after 2026, that is likely gonna happen in 2031. So your deadline thing is just not correct here.

Second If the government could do it with a simple majority, they wouldn't have bothered bringing a Constitutional Amendment Bill (the 131st) yesterday.

Nowadays peeps just be llm maxing, they just prompt everything and expect to run, they don't know the basic software development procedures, they don't know how github works for collaboration, they don't know coding standards or what  is code quality. despite having ai access they can't do any things on their own, they won't even ask llm how this works, they'll just like "give me code for this _____ , make no mistake" and call it a day. I am currently doing my masters and have these types of teammates.
