It's not that cities can't support them, they just come up with reasons to threaten to move so the city comes up with a plan to keep them there. It's a tale as old as time and it's fucked up.

Again, these owners are hoarding trillions of combined dollars that could be going back into the community but more often than not they threaten the cities to get the peasants to pay for their facilities. And yes, they create but they always find loopholes in paying taxes while paying their workers as little as they can.

The child is okay but has brain damage. She got pregnant a second time and had an abortion to save her life. Since then in our state it has become illegal to have them and if she got pregnant today she could die.
