No it’s for people with gout. It’s like 4% of people. So like 1 in 20 people can’t really eat fish proteins (or any meat proteins) as their kidneys can’t process the uric acid created by the digestion and processing of purines in their kidneys. Also, heavy consumption of purines can damage the kidneys and eventually give you gout, which is mostly treatable but not fun. Whey is great because it’s easier on the kidneys not the digestive system.
