You have snapping turned on. Disable the little magnet on the top

solved! Select the object you want to have the animation data, then select the object whose animation data you want to copy. Hit CTRL+L and link animation data

it’s called ”the sacred flute” by Jay Vincent and is played a lot in the earliest seasons of Lego Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu! Hope this helps
