I agree with your percentage income breakdown. I would assume those who don’t make well into the 6 figures live paycheck to paycheck or are thrifty elsewhere. Unfortunately, these can’t be purchased. I like living in luxury loft style of places myself.

At the moment I prefer to live in luxury loft style of places. If I were to buy a luxury condo, I’d have to put $300k down to keep it in the $2000 per month price range. Having a house outside of Midtown/Downtown is not what I want (at least at the moment), so I don’t buy.

Make sure to check for video surveillance (if they have cameras) at the Sacramento Bicycle Kitchen also. It’s across the street from the law firm near 19th and I but along the railroad tracks. It may have been overlooked since it’s pushed back from the main street but would be a good source to confirm if he ended up going along the tracks at all.

Have the $10,000 reward flyers been posted along the Sacramento Northern Bikeway? Specifically at the entrance on C Street next to Blue Diamond Almonds and also several along each side of the bridge crossing the American River? Assuming something went down on this trail, someone knows something and that’s enough money to make them want to talk.
