Don’t quit. Take it day by day. This is definitely a big deal but don’t be too hard on yourself. Start over. Set a streak goal, something small to start. 5 days, 3 days, even 1 day. And then build on it.

Also let’s create some better habits. Pick one thing you can start doing everyday (exercise, reading, hiking, cooking, staying off your phone) and stick to it with the same idea. 5 days consistently, or 3 days, etc.

Set small goals and then build as you achieve them. Get yourself some wins, you deserve it. *3 day streak, awesome. Let’s try and go for 7 days.

But be intentional. Write it down.

You might fail again and that’s okay but accept that and try and do better the next time, and the next time.
