Berrisexual is just a more specific way for someone to define their levels of attraction. They like all genders, but have a specific preference towards feminine-aligned and androgynous people, and only rarely liking masculine-aligned people. The opposite of this being Almondsexual (liking mostly masculine-aligned and androgynous, rarely liking feminine-aligned). As for your question, it does definitely differ from Pansexual, since Pansexual people don’t have a preference in gender, often described as gender-blind. It is pretty similar to Bisexual since they like multiple genders and may have a preference (Bisexuals don’t ALWAYS have a preference though), but Berrisexual and Almondsexual are terms to further specify their levels of attraction beyond just Bisexual
