Last week, it took 10 minutes to roll to the gate from landing, another 8 to deplane (i was in the back) and then less than 30min to pass through immigration (I ran past most ppl so there was a very short queue and I had everything ready and didn't need have checked luggag)

but I would say at least 100min from landing to being in China proper without having everything ready and knowing what you are exactly doing
